Man charged with drug offences after home searched in Kinver

A man has been charged with drug supply offences after we found cannabis, cash and mobile phones inside a home in Kinver.

Benjamin Richards, 33, of Kinver, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug of class B – cannabis, producing a controlled drug of class B – cannabis, possessing a controlled drug of class B – cannabis and possessing criminal property.

It comes after officers went to an address on Wednesday (3 September). Cannabis, £1,777 in cash and two mobile phones were found.

Richards appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Thursday (4 September) and has been bailed ahead of his next appearance at Stafford Crown Court on 6 October.
